HOLD ON TIGHT! The ride only gets more intense. I thought I had an idea of Hannah's past but as things unraveled in this closing episode HOLY CHIT! Rafe has a few skeletons of his own. I read this in one sitting - I couldn't look away. I almost (and this was a very close battle) peeked at the end just to see who survived. This was one twisted nightmare after another. Each new revelation ramping up my pulse and feeding my anxiety. I was emotionally exhausted when I finally closed this story. Hannah made some choices that jeopardized her and the safety net Rafe was trying to erect for her. As the pieces were slotted into place I understood but at the time I wanted to shake some sense into her. This is a fast-paced story that you will want to read in one sitting - Like myself, you will most likely find that you have no other option - It is that addicting I am not chancing giving anything away. This is the second book in their duet and not a standalone.

This book picks up Rafe and Hannah's story right where we left off at the end of Moth and you do need to read that book first to get the complete story. Very quickly you find yourself swept back up into the storm of tension, intrigue, darkness, angst, desire, twists, drama, secrets, turmoil, steam and emotion that encircles these two like a tornado. Hannah and Rafe are complex characters and I found it fascinating to peel back layer after layer until you finally got a clear picture of who they really were. Trust me when I say that these two make a potent and combustible couple. A terrific conclusion to this sinfully enticing duet. This is my candid, volitional review.
